'Tarot for Beginners' Course Back by popular demand! Due to the popularity of last year's Beginners Tarot Weekend workshop, Clarissa is running the same class a 2 part course over 2 weekends. If you have always wanted to learn Tarot, here's the course for you! Whether you have some experience, or none at all, over 4 evenings we'll go through the deck, learning not only the meanings of the cards, but the ways to develop your intuition and reading from your inner knowing The 2 part course will cover the Major Arcana, the Minor Arcana, including the Court Cards and pip cards. You'll learn how they interact with the elements, the connections to astrology, and how symbols are a powerful visual language, helping us to look at the world through visual signs. Clarissa will also be doing short readings as the course goes alongs, and you will also learn exercises for you do your own short readings ------ "I have been practicing tarot for 25 plus years. It’s my belief that we get answers when we need them, from any source that we’re open to. So for me, tarot provides a way of gaining insight and contextualises all the factors surrounding a question. I've always found it to be a really useful guide, a way of finding a new perspective or clarity about some aspect of my life or circumstances. How I work with the tarot - Tarot spreads can address all topics - love, career, family, travel, any area of your life in which you’re seeking clarity. My expertise is in the nuances of meanings in each card, and how they relate holistically. I’ve done thousands of readings over the years, and have consistently seen perspective and clarity come from readings! When you book a private session, I usually like the Celtic Cross spread, which is a good indicator of all factors influencing your life. We can then fine tune specific questions, such as yes/no/why, or the timing of events, or a look at past influences and how they factor into a current decision." Clarissa has been working with the Tarot for over 25 years and is the author of the newly-released deck, Lenormand de Paris, published by Köenigsfurt-Urania. Cancellation Policy
Please note our classes are mostly aimed for adults. Please get in touch to ask if you are unsure. Our classes are non refundable. Due our small class sizes it is very difficult to transfer your booking to a different date. If you cannot attend a class and are able to notify us at least two weeks before the class starts, it may be possible to fit you in on another date but this is not guaranteed so please give us as much notice as possible to increase your chances. T&Cs Terms & Conditions • You can book places on our classes, workshops and events on our website or in person at Bus Stop Studios, 53 London Road, St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex TN37 6AY • Places are booked on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to reserve your place. • Bookings and payments will be confirmed by email. • The materials and tools needed for each class varies, so please refer to the course description but don’t hesitate to contact us with any queries. • If you are unable to attend a class, workshop or event you may send someone else in your place. You must let us know the name of the attendee prior to the class, workshop or event taking place. • Confirmed & paid bookings are not eligible for payment refunds. • You can transfer to another class, workshop or event or receive a credit note if you notify us at least 14 days before the date of the class, workshop or event you are booked on to attend. • In exceptional circumstances, where we may have to cancel one of our advertised classes, workshops or events, you will be offered a full refund. • If a class, workshop or event is cancelled our liability is solely for the cost of the booking fee, not for any other costs you may have incurred such as materials you may have purchased in advance, travel costs or accommodation. • Attendees at our classes, workshops and events are not permitted to use any of our instruction sheets, photography or designs for their own classes or other commercial concerns.
