'Wild & Naked' Natural Skincare Workshop After a sell out class earlier in the year Ibi is back with another amazing Natural Skincare workshop! How better to spend your Saturday afternoon than learning how to make the most nourishing natural skincare products using everyday kitchen and botanical ingredients. We will be making a variety of plant powered products including body butter, face and body oils . You'll select essential oils to compliment your creations, or you can leave them completely naked and free from essential oils if you have skin that is more prone to sensitivity. Natural products are not only kind to you, they are better for the planet. Making your own effective skincare helps to reduce single plastic use and will save you money. With Natural skincare you to customise to your skins preferences and they also make a cute handmade gifts. This workshops is hands-on and suitable for complete beginners, you will have a variety of lovely products to take home with you. Unfortunately this workshop will not be suitable for nut allergy sufferers due to some nut based ingredients. All ingredients, packaging and labels will be provided as part of the workshop. What we'll make Natural Face or Body Oil A super nourishing body butter a luxurious sugar/salt scrub One other product depending on timings What to bring/wear Please bring an apron or old clothes. We'll be working with oils so dress accordingly. Please bring a medium sized mixing bowl. Can be a deep cereal bowl and a clean fork --- Ibi Meier-Oruitemeka has been running her natural hair and skincare brand The Afro Hair & Skin Co. since 2016. She works from her studio in Hastings handcrafting award winning natural and organic products that deal more specifically with the concerns of black hair and skin. --- All ingredients, packaging and labels are included in the class fee 2:30pm - 5:00pm Saturday 5th October 2024 at Bus Stop Studios 53 London Road St Leonards on Sea East Sussex TN37 6AY

Cancellation Policy

Please note our classes are mostly aimed for adults. Please get in touch to ask if you are unsure. Our classes are non refundable. Due our small class sizes it is very difficult to transfer your booking to a different date. If you cannot attend a class and are able to notify us at least two weeks before the class starts, it may be possible to fit you in on another date but this is not guaranteed so please give us as much notice as possible to increase your chances. T&Cs Terms & Conditions • You can book places on our classes, workshops and events on our website or in person at Bus Stop Studios, 53 London Road, St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex TN37 6AY • Places are booked on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to reserve your place. • Bookings and payments will be confirmed by email. • The materials and tools needed for each class varies, so please refer to the course description but don’t hesitate to contact us with any queries. • If you are unable to attend a class, workshop or event you may send someone else in your place. You must let us know the name of the attendee prior to the class, workshop or event taking place. • Confirmed & paid bookings are not eligible for payment refunds. • You can transfer to another class, workshop or event or receive a credit note if you notify us at least 14 days before the date of the class, workshop or event you are booked on to attend. • In exceptional circumstances, where we may have to cancel one of our advertised classes, workshops or events, you will be offered a full refund. • If a class, workshop or event is cancelled our liability is solely for the cost of the booking fee, not for any other costs you may have incurred such as materials you may have purchased in advance, travel costs or accommodation. • Attendees at our classes, workshops and events are not permitted to use any of our instruction sheets, photography or designs for their own classes or other commercial concerns.
