Summer Evening Tarot Readings with Clarissa Shanahan Friday 22nd May, 6pm–9pm Bus Stop Studios, St Leonards on Sea We're thrilled to welcome back Clarissa Shanahan, our regular tarot reader at Bus Stop Studios, returning after a few months away. Clarissa will be offering in-person, private tarot readings in our studio — a perfect chance to reflect, reconnect, and gain fresh perspective on whatever's unfolding in your life. Originally from the US and now based in St Leonards, Clarissa brings over 25 years of tarot experience. Her readings are intuitive, thoughtful, and rooted in the rich, symbolic language of the cards — a visual storytelling tool to help you navigate questions, changes, and decisions. Each private session lasts 30 minutes and costs £40. Clarissa typically works with the Celtic Cross spread, which offers a wide-angle view of current influences, then hones in on specific areas — love, work, creativity, family, or the deeper 'why' behind a decision. "I believe answers show up when we're ready to receive them. Tarot is a visual language full of symbols that create a unique story each time. It's helped me gain clarity in my own life — and I've seen it do the same for so many others." Alongside her tarot work, Clarissa is a visual artist with a background as a Scenic Artist in the New York film industry. She's exhibited internationally and is the creator of the Lenormand de Paris deck, published by Köenigsfurt-Urania. Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions for Class Bookings Most of our classes are designed for adults. If you are unsure whether a class is suitable, please contact us before booking. Bookings & Payments - Classes, workshops and events can be booked via our website or in person at Bus Stop Studios, 53 London Road, St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex TN37 6AY. - Bookings are first come, first served. - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. (please see below for payment options) - A booking confirmation will be sent by email once payment has been processed. Pricing & Supported Places - As a small independent business, our class fees help cover running costs, tutor pay, preparation time and associated expenses. - We may offer 1-2 lower income or supported places on selected courses, subject to availability. - These must be requested by email before booking and are offered at our discretion. - If the cost of a longer course feels difficult to manage, please contact us before booking and we may be able to discuss options such as a payment plan. Materials - Materials and tools vary by class. Please check the course description for details. Cancellations & Changes - Bookings are non-refundable. - Transfers are usually not possible due to small class sizes. - With at least 14 days' notice, we may be able to offer a transfer or credit note, subject to availability. - With 7 days' notice, we may be able to offer an alternative date, but this is not guaranteed. -If you cannot attend, you may send someone else in your place. Please let us know their name before the class. Cancellations by Us - If we need to cancel a class, workshop or event, you will receive a full refund. - Our liability is limited to the cost of the class only. Insurance & Copyright - Bus Stop Studios is fully insured for all classes and workshops, and all tutors hold their own Public Liability Insurance. - Course content, handouts, photography and designs are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared or used for teaching or commercial purposes without written permission. Photography - We may occasionally take photographs during classes for marketing or social media. - We will always ask permission before taking or using identifiable images. - Please let us know in advance if you have any concerns about photography.
