SUPER! A superhero-making workshop for 8-11 year olds Join Emma Joliffe for a jam-packed morning creating your own superhero, with unique powers, dreams, fears and of course, enemies. We’ll create a group hero, as well as our own individual characters, writing stories and making a comic strip. The workshop will end with a sharing for families. All activities are dyslexia-friendly (and the workshop is suitable for other neurodivergent children!) The morning will be engaging and fun, stimulating imagination and building confidence. Emma Joliffe is a writer and performer. She also has sixteen years’ experience as drama teacher and LAMDA coach and has helped many children, young people and adults find their voice and tell their story. All tutors teaching our Half Term classes have an Extensive DBS check Classes will be a maximum of 10 children Please include your child's name and their age in booking details, under comments. Cancellation Policy

Please note our classes are mostly aimed for adults. Please get in touch to ask if you are unsure. Our classes are non refundable. Due our small class sizes it is very difficult to transfer your booking to a different date. If you cannot attend a class and are able to notify us at least two weeks before the class starts, it may be possible to fit you in on another date but this is not guaranteed so please give us as much notice as possible to increase your chances. T&Cs Terms & Conditions • You can book places on our classes, workshops and events on our website or in person at Bus Stop Studios, 53 London Road, St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex TN37 6AY • Places are booked on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to reserve your place. • Bookings and payments will be confirmed by email. • The materials and tools needed for each class varies, so please refer to the course description but don’t hesitate to contact us with any queries. • If you are unable to attend a class, workshop or event you may send someone else in your place. You must let us know the name of the attendee prior to the class, workshop or event taking place. • Confirmed & paid bookings are not eligible for payment refunds. • You can transfer to another class, workshop or event or receive a credit note if you notify us at least 14 days before the date of the class, workshop or event you are booked on to attend. • In exceptional circumstances, where we may have to cancel one of our advertised classes, workshops or events, you will be offered a full refund. • If a class, workshop or event is cancelled our liability is solely for the cost of the booking fee, not for any other costs you may have incurred such as materials you may have purchased in advance, travel costs or accommodation. • Attendees at our classes, workshops and events are not permitted to use any of our instruction sheets, photography or designs for their own classes or other commercial concerns.
